Deskware has two methods with which you can link multiple tickets together

- Blocked by
The “Related To” link type allows tickets to be related to a master but there is no dependency on the master ticket.
The “Blocked By” link type, on the other hand, prevents the completion of child tickets until the master ticket is resolved.
