In order to allow Deswkare to send emails from your domain, you will need to add a SPF record to your domains zone configuration.

If you already have a TXT record configured, add the following to it.

include:email.deskware.com

For example:  If your TXT record was v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all, the new one should read v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com include:email.deskware.com ~all.

If you do not have a TXT record configured, you can create a new record with the following information v=spf1 include:email.deskware.com ~all.

Save your configuration and allow time for the new DNS information to propagate through the internet.  This process could take 24-48 hours depending on your DNS configuration.
