The website widget is a great way to extend Deskware to your customers through your website or other applications. A widget will appear on your website and provide a way for customers to submit tickets directly to you.
To create the website widget:
- Click on Settings
- Click Widget under Features
- Click Edit to customize the color of the button, position of the widget and button label.
- Click Save
- Now that you have the widget customized, all you have to do is copy the widget code and place it on your website before the closing </head> tag.
