You can change your ticket view on the fly from the ticket page. To do this, click the icon grid view or table view to switch the view.
If you would like to change your default view so that it is persistent between sessions, you will need to make this change in your preferences from you user profile.
- Click your avatar and select User Profile
- Click the Preferences tab
- Select the Ticket View setting you would like to set as default
- Click Save
