1.  Visit your Deskware login page.  This is usually yourcompanydomain.deskware.com
2. Click the Forgot my password link.
3. Enter your email address and click submit.
4. Check your email and look for the email that contains the password reset instructions.  It will contain a link that will allow you to set a new password.
5. Set your new password and login to Deskware with your new password.
