The “@mention” feature of Deskware is especially useful in conversations when you need to loop in another agent.  When using @mention, the comment will automatically be set to private to avoid making internal communication visible to contacts.

To mention another agent, all you have to do is type “@” followed by the agents name or email. After clicking “Add” the engineer will get a notification that they’ve been mentioned.
