How to change the display name of Deskware emails

Deskware allows you to change the display name of emails sent by Deskware.  You can keep the default display name or you can configure Deskware to send emails as the author of comments.

To change the display name to the author of comments:

  1.  Go to settings
  2. Click email settings
  3. Click the Ticket and Comments tab
  4. Enable “Use author’s name as email display name for comment reply emails”
