We recommend adding an avatar to your user profile.  This puts a face to your name when providing support to your customers.

If no avatar exists, Deskware will add first letter of first name and last name to make the avatar.  Example:  Jane Doe will show an avatar of JD

To add an avatar:

1.  Go to your user profile settings
2. On the profile tab, click change next to the avatar image and upload an avatar
3. Click save
