Introduction to Agents

An agent in Deskware is someone who will be responsible for working on and completing tickets.

To create an agent:

  1. Click on Agents in the left navigation
  2. Click Add New
  3. Complete the required field information on screen.  First Name, Last Name, Password, Email and Timezone and Role are required fields.
  4. Optionally, enter information for other fields.
  5. Click Save
