It is possible to setup a custom email address such as email@example.com to create tickets in Deskware. The setup is quite simple.
From your email server, create an email forward for your desired email address. Using the example of firstname.lastname@example.org, forward this email to email@example.com. Replace companydomain with your tenant domain in Deskware.
