How to configure a custom email address to create tickets in Deskware
It is possible to setup a custom email address such as firstname.lastname@example.org to create tickets in Deskware. The setup is quite simple.
From your email server, create an email forward for your desired email address. Using the example of email@example.com, forward this email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Replace companydomain with your tenant domain in Deskware.
