How to configure a custom email address to create tickets in Deskware

It is possible to setup a custom email address such as support@companyname.com to create tickets in Deskware.  The setup is quite simple.

From your email server, create an email forward for your desired email address.  Using the example of support@yourcompanydomain.com, forward this email to companydomain@email.deskware.com.  Replace companydomain with your tenant domain in Deskware.
