How to add an agent to a group

Adding an agent to a group can be performed from the agent page or from the group page.  We recommend adding agents from the group page if you need to add multiple agents to a group for simplicity reasons.

From Agent Page

  1. Navigate to agents and select the agent you want to add to a group.
  2. Click Edit
  3. In the Group section, select the desired group(s).
  4. Click Save

From Groups Page

  1. Navigate to settings then groups page.
  2. Select the group
  3. Click Edit
  4. In the Agents section, select the desired agent(s)
  5. Click Save
